Speedliner - The Toughest Spray On Truck Bed Liner

INDEPENDENTLY PROVEN TO BE THE WORLD`S TOUGHEST SPRAY ON TRUCK BED LINER. The Speedliner ® spray- on truck bed liner systems represent a technological advance over previous spray-on liner systems. Developed in Industrial Polymers corporation U.S.A laboratories, Speedliner ® is the first low cost, easy application spray-on bed liner systems.

Speedliner ® provides a thick, incredibly tough, hard rubber/polymer coating for application on bare metal, wood, fibreglass and pre-painted metal surfaces. It offers easy mixing and simple application through a low cost gravity feed hopper gun as well as brush, roller and for special applications the versatility of a hand held, remote spray gun, pressure pot system. Speedliner ® offers a more custom appearance than the standard black moulded plastic drop in liners. You are not limited with Speedliner ® with applications only to truck beds and van floors. Trailers, boats, plant machinery, industrial equipment and surfaces such as concrete paths, steps, ramps, walkways or virtually any application requiring a tough anti-slip surface can benefit from the Speedliner ® system.

Speedliner ® can be used with special aluminium oxide/grit or rubber crumb additives, available form Speedliner ® Europe, to provide both an aggressive anti-slip coating for walk and work areas or alternatively a non-aggressive medium/coarse texture suitable for various animals and horse transport trailers or trucks. Almost any final surface texture can be achieved to suit individual customer requirements.

Speedliner ® provides a tough 4,600 4,900 psi. tensile strength protective coating that can be applied up to any required thickness.

Speedliner ® can also be used with our Kevlar KE-2000 fibre additive to further increase cut and tear resistance for extreme performance applications. The Kevlar option is not available with any other spray-on liner system.

Speedliner ® is a low volatile organic compound (VOC) content coating offering high UV and chemical resistance.

Speedliner ® Europe offers a variety of 18 high quality stock colours to compliment or contrast your chosen application. Speedliner ® is compatible with standard automotive urethane paint tints available form our in house colour/pigment dispenser or from your local automotive urethane paint suppliers. Speedliner ® provides virtually unlimited colour selection and graphic design capabilities.
